Food Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items once delivered. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell.

Reporting Timeline
Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order. This helps us investigate and resolve problems quickly.
For frozen/fresh items, please inspect your package immediately upon delivery and report any temperature issues right away.
