Pepper soup is ultimate comfort food - spicy clear soup with native spices. Can be made with goat meat, catfish, chicken, or assorted meats. Traditionally enjoyed as a broth.
Place meat in pot with sliced onions and stock cubes.
Add water to cover. Bring to boil, simmer 40-50 mins until tender.
Add pepper soup spice and whole scotch bonnets. Simmer 10 mins.
Add uziza leaves in last 2 minutes. Serve hot.
